Description

This is a good option if you have moved past the point where a normal Switch 2 carrying case is big enough.

The main advantage is that you can actually build a small travel setup around the console. Instead of carrying the Switch 2 in one case and then throwing your controller, power bank, charger, and cables somewhere else, you can keep most of it together in one sling bag.

I also like that it is not limited to the Switch 2. If you own a Steam Deck, PlayStation Portal, or another larger handheld, this has more long-term use than a case molded around one specific console.

The power bank setup is especially useful for travel. There is enough room to keep one inside, and the side opening lets you run a cable out of the bag. It does not actually add charging hardware on its own, so you still need a power bank and cable.

There is enough storage that COOWPS even shows configurations with either a Pro-style controller or other larger gaming accessories. I would still avoid assuming every dock or oversized controller will fit at the same time. What fits will depend on the exact handheld and everything else you pack.
